Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a paid subscription to Sentyment, operated by Australscience Pty Limited (ABN 91 662 199 555).
1. Free plan
No cancellation is required. You may stop using the Service anytime. Unused credits expire at the end of each 30-day period and do not roll over on the Free plan.
2. Standard plan (self-service)
- Sign in to your Sentyment account.
- Go to Pricing and open Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access and remaining credits until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Business plans
Business subscriptions may have minimum terms defined in your contract. Contact your account manager or email support@australscience.com to discuss cancellation or plan changes.
4. Account deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or history. To request account deletion, email info@australscience.com. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Reactivating
You may resubscribe anytime from the Pricing page. Previous activity history may remain available if your account was not deleted.
6. Refunds after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period unless covered by our Refund Policy.
