Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Sentyment, operated by Australscience Pty Limited (ABN 91 662 199 555).
1. Free plan
The Free plan (20 credits/month, USD $0) does not involve charges. No refunds apply.
2. Standard subscription (USD $10/month)
- Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days via Stripe until cancelled.
- Change of mind: If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have used fewer than 50 credits on that plan, contact us for a full refund. Email support@australscience.com with your account email and invoice reference.
- After 14 days or substantial use: We generally do not refund partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- Service failure: If a paid analysis fails due to a fault on our side and credits were consumed incorrectly, we will restore credits or issue a proportional refund at our discretion.
3. Business plans
Refunds for Business or custom agreements follow the terms in your signed order form or statement of work.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Contact support@australscience.com within 30 days of an erroneous charge. Verified duplicate or mistaken charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
