These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sentyment (the "Service") operated by Australscience Pty Limited (ABN 91 662 199 555). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
01The Service
Sentyment is a subscription-based software service that analyses publicly available social media comments and produces reports including sentiment analysis, trust scoring, and trend monitoring. Features and credit limits depend on your plan (Free, Standard, or Business).
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. Business users confirm they are authorised to bind their organisation.
03Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@australscience.com of unauthorised use.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ✕Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- ✕Attempt to bypass credit limits, authentication, or security controls
- ✕Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without written permission
- ✕Submit content you do not have the right to analyse where restricted by platform terms or law
- ✕Overload or disrupt our infrastructure
05Plans, credits & billing
Credits are consumed per analysis as displayed in the app. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated in your Business agreement. All prices are in USD. See Pricing, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
06Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of URLs and inputs you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use reports for your internal business purposes. External publication requires attribution to Sentyment where appropriate.
07AI & accuracy disclaimer
Analyses are generated using automated models and public data. Results are informational only — not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. You are responsible for decisions made using outputs.
08Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if on the Free plan). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Paid subscriptions remain governed by the Cancellation Policy until the end of the billing period.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
